We sing regularly at liturgical services and special concerts. Our schedule includes Sunday High Masses, feast-day liturgies and periodic concerts with sacred music programs.

Seasonal highlights include Advent and Lenten cantatas, Paschal Vespers, and polyphonic motet concerts. In each performance we aim to inspire through the grandeur of sacred music.

From time to time Alphonsuskoor travels to perform elsewhere. We have given performances in other Dutch cities and neighboring countries, often in exchange with parishes or musical institutions. These tours spread our liturgical tradition beyond Amsterdam and foster dialogue with other cultures through sacred song.
We are Alphonsuskoor, a community-based performing choir rooted in the liturgical life of Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk. Our choir has been singing at Mass for well over a century.
